Welcome to Song Search New West  Calling all New Westminsterites, you are invited to write and perform a song for the first ever Song Search New West contest.  A panel of celebrity and music industry judges that includes Graham Wardle, ‘Ty’ on CBC’s Heartland, and Don McLeod, a music producer and co-founder of SASS, will judge your songs.  Watch as these two judges meet for the first time at Tom Lee Music and, just for fun, write a song that is really kind’a catchy and has a rock anthem flavour - Carry the Flame.

If you’re a New Westminster sports team or any group of friends, or  a group of colleagues at a business, a non-profit or a service organization, YOU’VE BEEN CHALLENGED!  Again, just for fun and not to distract anyone from writing and performing and submitting their song to Song Search New West, the New Westminster Hyacks Sr. Football team says they can sing Graham and Don’s song Carry the Flame better than you can.
